Click the red box in the top right of the page and then scroll down. The Navbar will change to a fixed position and "stick" to the top of the browser window. With Flash Player 10.1, there are some intense rendering issues with this in Safari 5.0. The previous Flash Player 10.0.45.2 works great. Other browsers also work fine. I'm not entirely sure if this is a Flash Player, Safari 5, or CSS/.JS problem.
If you're quick enough, and click the sticky button before the embedded video loads, the sticky nav works. It doesn't break until the embed loads.
